Please drop your child into the venue before class starts and wait in the parent viewing area until a coach collects students for class. Students must remove shoes and socks off before going on the gym floor and place them into a cubby.

Wright’s Dress Code: Please wear a leotard, spandex shorts are allowed (or a fitted, athletic tank and spandex shorts/leggings). Loose t-shirts, loose shorts/pants, bra tops, bare midriffs, and jeans are not permitted. Hair must be pulled back into a ponytail and no jewelry. Barefoot is permitted. For our FUNdamentals Gymnasts with level bracelets, wearing the bracelet each class is required.

NinjaZone Dress Code: In an effort to promote discipline and unity, The NinjaZone HQ requires the Official NinjaZone Uniform for all classes. Once your ninja is enrolled, ninja's can get their ninja uniform via our Pro Shop at the gym!

Wright’s is here for the whole child. Body, mind, and spirit – which all mix together to create character and values. When a Gymnast is given the responsibility to wear appropriate attire, pull back their hair, and care for and wear their level bracelet, they are learning the importance of discipline and being a part of a team. This is an essential first step in what children gain through the sport of Gymnastics.

The bracelet is also a requirement because they allow for Coaches to quickly know which level a Gymnast has achieved and what skills they should be learning.

Lastly, a student’s apparel is very important to ensure safety. Specific items of clothing are worn to avoid snags or injury.

For Weather -

If we have a last-minute closing due to weather or any other reason, we will immediately send emails. We will also update our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). We encourage our families to be safe, so we ask that you make the final decision about traveling to a class in questionable weather.

For Holidays / Special Events

Any scheduled closings, such as holidays or special events, are posted on our website, social media, and flyers throughout the facility.*

Wright's observes the following annual holidays -

Wright's is closed twice per year for a week at a time -

• December 24th - January 1st - Winter Break

*Some locations may have special events that require them to close, please stay subscribed to your emails to receive that information.

If your child is attending a class, or clinic we ask that you grab a seat in our parent viewing area. Not only does this give you a chance to see your child's progress, but it gives our staff the peace of mind knowing that you are there in case they need to reach you.

Withdrawal* from class must be completed by the 15th of the month prior to stop charges for the following month. For example, if your student will not be attending class in July, the withdrawal is required by June 15th.

*We encourage a 6 month commitment from our new families so your child can experience the program in its entirety, and so they can be given the opportunity to advance and see their true growth within our classes.

We would love for you to follow our social media pages for important info, updates, alerts, contests, photos, and FUN!! Please do not unsubscribe from emails as they contain important information regarding our company and your location.

You may enroll in a class up to two weeks before your start date. You may be on a waitlist prior to that time if you know you would like to plan to be in a specific class. You may join a class at any time of the month, and we will prorate the first month only.

We require a credit card on file for autopay. You will be charged on the 25th of the month for the following month’s tuition. Payment, in full, is required in order to maintain enrollment in a class. If you start class in the middle of the month, we will prorate the cost for you. We would appreciate it if you could update your card when necessary (i.e. new cards, expired cards, identity theft, new address, etc.)

Wright’s offers a make-up policy that allots for 8 make-up tokens to be granted annually and do expire at the end of the year. To have a make-up token placed on an account, all customers must record their absences online via the portal. Once the class date has passed, a makeup token will automatically appear in your account. Without the notification in advance of an absence, the customer will forfeit their child’s make-up token privilege.

How to Mark an Absence Online: 1. Log into your Parent Portal 2. Click on the “My Account” tab. 3. Select the “Student” you need. 4. Click on “Future Absence.” 5. Enter the date of the class you will be missing. Once the class date has passed, a make-up token will automatically appear in your account.

How to Schedule a Make-up Class: 1. After marking the absence, return to the “My Account” tab. 2. Select the “Make-up Classes” option. 3. Click on “Request Make-up.” Browse the available classes and select the one that works best for you!

In the event of a scheduled gym closure for a holiday or break, make-up tokens will not be given, as they are a planned closure and factored into tuition in advance. 

Makeup tokens are a courtesy provided to students who are actively enrolled in classes. Once a child is dropped from enrollment, any unused makeup tokens become invalid and are no longer eligible for use. We recommend using all available makeup tokens before requesting to drop a class to ensure you don't lose them

All children move at an individual pace. Our highly qualified staff is always monitoring and recording your child’s progress. Your child’s Instructor will contact you when your child is ready for the next level. Our priority is your child’s safety, enjoyment, and success!

After your $24 Trial Class, our system automatically enrolls you to start the following week. If you do not wish to continue, you must contact us to remove your enrollment.

Our goal is to keep an 8:1 student-instructor ratio unless it is will our younger students, they might have a smaller ratio like 6:1.

Yes, you can! We are flexible based on your family's schedule. You can request a transfer via the MGC Kids' App or Simply call us and we'll help place you in a class that works better for you!

Yes! We do have a Lost and Found station at each of our gyms in the lobby area. If you left something, please notify office@mgckids.com and they will contact the gym to try locating your item. Leftover lost items will periodically be donated to local shelters if left for too long.

Wright's Gymnastics and NinjaZone is not responsible for lost items on gym property.

Upon joining the waitlist, we contact the waitlist student via email when a spot becomes available and offer the spot - they have 24 hours to accept or deny before we move on the the next person on the waitlist
