Fitness at MGC Kids

MGC Kids is happy to be bringing back yoga! We love yoga at the best of times, but a little peace and flexibility just sounds extra good these days!  For questions about classes email us at info@MGCkids.com or give us a call at 501-753-KIDS(5437)!


We do ask you to bring your own mats & props. Masks are encouraged for entry. Beginners are welcome! You can look at the class schedule and register for classes at Momoyoga.com/essentiallyjoyful.


SCHEDULE: 


  • Tuesday: Yoga with Jeni at 6:00pm (Level 1 - Nice & Easy)
  • Thursday: Yoga with Jeni at 6:00pm (Level 2 - Strong Spirit)
  • 2nd & 4th Friday: Yoga with Jeni at 9:00am (Level 1/1+ Friday Funday)

  • PER CLASS pricing is $10 suggested price OR pay what you can!

Connecting families inside and outside of the gym. Would grandparents in Dallas want to watch their grandkids Fun Meet? They can log into SpotTV from home. Need to be at your daughter's basketball game, and still watch your son's Ninja class? You can log into to SpotTV from your phone!
