Parent & Tot Class

The perfect starting place for your little tot! Gymnastics builds the fundamental basics for all sports and for life. In this class we are creating coordination, building balance, developing rhythm, learning colors, practicing milestones, and so much more!

All WITH YOU!!

Pre-School Gymnastics

Our Pre-School Gymnastics classes offer gymnastics for ages 18 months to 5 years old! Your little one will get to join us in a space designed just for them…bars and rings perfect for little hands, and springs boards with the right amount of spring for little legs. Putting our focus on developmental skills along with gymnastics, we strive to help your little one gain the motor skills, balance, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and cognitive growth they need to be successful at all their endeavors…whether it is baseball, dance, swim, chess, wrestling, cheer or maybe even gymnastics.


Class Length: 45 minutes

School-Age Gymnastics

School-Age Gymnastics offers a recreational gymnastics class for kids who want to try gymnastics, gain more balance & coordination to increase their skill level at other sports, or who have big competitive gymnastics goals! This is your start! The place you can’t go wrong. Recreational gymnastics creates a wonderful base for children on developmental, physical and cognitive levels. It gives them a place to develop at their own pace, celebrating every success along the way.

Don’t want to be a competitive gymnast, but love the sport? Come on! Our recreational levels go beyond the point of transitioning into team so gymnasts who aren’t ready to move on from the sport, however, don’t want to take that next step can still progress and enjoy the sport they love!


Class Length: 1 hour

Building skills to showcase and prepare for the next level

Hot Shots Gymnastics

Want more than 1 hour per week? Love to perform? Is your goal to be on gymnastics team one day? If your gymnast said yes to any of these, then Hot Shots is the place for her!! 

A performance team geared at training athletes to take it to the next level while performing around the community. This 2 hour class, offered one day per week, is for the performance driven gymnast as well as the team driven gymnast. It’s the perfect gentle transition for the whole family to get into something a little more than recreational gym.

Competitive Gymnastics

Our mission with competitive gymnastics is to inspire our athletes while developing gymnasts through goal setting, team work, and the spirit to always persevere. We offer USA Gymnastics Xcel Bronze, Xcel Silver, and Xcel Gold.

Fun Meet

Is your Recreational Gymnast ready to move to the next level or ready to earn a few more check marks to her skill progressions sheet? If yes, Fun Meets are where you need to be!
   
Fun Meets are held on Friday nights and Saturday mornings 3-4 times per year. Typically at the start of the school year, before Christmas Break, in the spring, and again at the end of the school year. Gymnasts do not need to attend every Fun Meet, however this is how our gymnasts progress to the next level.

Fun Meet Details:
  • Parents get to come into the gym to watch
  • Gymnasts are evaluated on all 4 Olympic events
  • Each event has it’s own trained judge
  • Level tags are awarded to each gymnast who passes!
  • Every gymnast goes home with an up-to-date progress sheet

Deadline to sign up is the Wednesday before the Fun Meet. They do fill up fast so make sure to reserve your spot early!
Cost: $12 per gymnast
